Please read these terms carefully before making a booking
A rental day is calculated as a continuous 24-hour period commencing from the time the vehicle is collected by the customer.
A complimentary grace period of up to one (1) hour is provided to accommodate minor delays.
Returns made within this grace period will not incur any additional charges.
Returns exceeding the grace period will attract late return charges as outlined below:

Late return charges are applied to compensate for lost booking opportunities and operational disruption.
Late fees and additional rental day charges will be calculated and communicated to the customer. Payment must be made as directed by Guardian Passenger Transport Ltd.
Late returns may affect vehicle availability for subsequent bookings. Guardian Passenger Transport Ltd reserves the right to enforce these charges strictly to ensure fairness to all customers.
By proceeding with a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these rental duration and late return terms and conditions.
